Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and backhoe loaders safely and efficiently
- Perform excavation, trenching, loading, and site preparation work
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Assist in construction and earthmoving activities as required
