Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Die Loader to join a leading Aluminium Extrusion Company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, preparing, preheating, inspecting, and loading extrusion dies according to production schedules while ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify extrusion dies as per production requirements.
Preheat dies according to specified temperatures and production standards.
Load and align dies correctly in extrusion press machines.
Inspect dies for wear, damage, cracks, and operational readiness.
Ensure proper die setup before production starts.
Maintain die records, usage logs, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Follow safety procedures while handling heavy dies and equipment.
Assist in die changing activities to minimize production downtime.
Ensure dies are stored and handled properly to prevent damage.

Requirements

High School Certificate or Technical Training.
1–2 years of experience in Aluminium Extrusion, Manufacturing, or Die Handling.
Knowledge of die loading, die preheating, and extrusion processes.
Ability to identify die defects and wear conditions.
Basic understanding of production drawings and specifications.
Physically fit to handle heavy equipment and work in shifts.
Strong attention to safety and quality procedures.
