Key Responsibilities

Assist machine operators and fabrication technicians during production.
Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products safely.
Support cutting, packing, assembling, and material handling activities.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Follow supervisors’ instructions and company safety procedures.
Help with loading and unloading delivery vehicles when required.
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
Perform general factory duties to ensure smooth production.

Requirements

Previous factory or helper experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit and able to lift and move materials.
Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
