Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and physically fit Factory Helpers to support daily production and manufacturing operations. Candidates will assist machine operators, handle materials, maintain workplace cleanliness, and ensure smooth factory operations while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist production staff and machine operators.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and factory areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company regulations.
• Support inventory handling and warehouse activities.
• Perform general labor tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Help achieve daily production targets.

Requirements

• Previous factory or helper experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
