Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily production activities within the aluminium extrusion manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining product quality standards, and achieving production targets while adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily aluminium extrusion production operations.
Lead machine operators, technicians, and production workers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
Monitor extrusion press performance, productivity, and material utilization.
Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff performance.
Prepare production reports and communicate operational updates to management.
Ensure housekeeping and workplace organization standards are maintained.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in aluminium extrusion manufacturing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong knowledge of extrusion processes, production planning, and quality control.
Experience in managing production teams and shop-floor operations.
Ability to read production drawings and technical documents.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in production reporting and performance monitoring.
