JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-value engineering and construction projects. The candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, contractual knowledge, and the ability to manage large-scale projects efficiently while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead project teams and maintain high performance standards

Ensure full compliance with QHSE requirements

Execute all contractual obligations as per agreed terms

Comply with client regulations, policies, and procedures

Coordinate with municipalities and external authorities

Apply managerial strategies to ensure smooth execution

Monitor project timelines and report progress to senior management

Manage team performance and allocate tasks effectively

Control project budgets and oversee financial performance

Organize training programs when required

Perform additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience

PMP Certification preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Proven experience managing projects with a minimum value of AED 5,000,000

Strong background in handling multi-disciplinary teams
