Job Description

A reputed company in Dubai is hiring professionals for its Sales & Business Development team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and generating project leads within the furniture and fit-out sector.

Candidates must have relevant Furniture & Fit-Out industry experience. Applications from unrelated industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the furniture and fit-out sector.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Approach potential clients including contractors, consultants, developers and interior firms.
• Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on potential projects.
• Coordinate with design, estimation and project teams.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Promote company services and develop long-term business relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Furniture & Fit-Out industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client handling and relationship-building ability.
• Target-oriented and commercially driven mindset.
• Good understanding of business development activities.
• UAE market experience will be an advantage.
• Indian candidates only.
• Immediate or short-notice joining preferred.
