Qualifications

•       2-3 years of experience in similar role
•       Passionate about hair & beauty
•       Good communication & Upselling skills
•       Knowledge about hair science
•       NVQ level 2 or equivalent
•       English Speakers
•       Females Only
•       Age: 20-30

Job Description

•   As a Stylist you will carry out Cutting and styling services within the salon and will play a key part in representing and promoting the Bedashing brand and it’s unique services at all times.
•  Responsibilities will include: Full consultation with clients, building new clientele, referring clients for color and technical services, recommending products throughout the ranges and increasing client product knowledge and product sales.
•       You will be a role model in the salon, mentoring the Apprentices
•       you will carry out Color and other technical services within the salon
•       experience within a busy salon and a level 2 qualification in Hairdressing
•       Performs classic styling and haircuts (STYLIST)
•       Perform extension application (stylist)
•       Performs classic color techniques (TECHNIC)
•       Performs Chemical straightening and perm

Achieve the assigned monthly sales Targets for products and services
Provide Excellent customer service to all the clients
Clean and santise all the implements and tools
Conduct blowdry styling
