Job Overview

We are looking for skilled Extrusion Press Operators to join a leading aluminium extrusion manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating extrusion press machines, monitoring production parameters, ensuring product quality, and maintaining smooth production flow while following safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operate aluminium extrusion press machines safely and efficiently.
Set up and monitor extrusion parameters including temperature, pressure, speed, and billet specifications.
Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Inspect extruded profiles for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Read and interpret technical drawings, production orders, and specifications.
Coordinate with die shop, quality control, and production teams.
Identify and report machine faults or production issues.
Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
Maintain production records and operational reports.
Follow all workplace safety and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Technical Certification.
2–5 years of experience operating aluminium extrusion press machines.
Strong understanding of extrusion processes and manufacturing operations.
Ability to read technical drawings and profile specifications.
Knowledge of production quality standards and safety procedures.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physically fit and capable of working in shift operations.
