JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Tendering and Estimation Executive to manage bid preparation, cost estimation, and commercial proposal development for large-scale infrastructure and engineering projects. The candidate must have strong exposure to GCC projects and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and manage submissions for RFPs and RFQs

Develop competitive cost estimates for infrastructure and engineering projects

Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for accurate documentation

Ensure timely submission of bids in compliance with client and regulatory requirements

Liaise with OEMs, JV partners, consultants, and external stakeholders

Support preparation of commercial proposals including contracts and technical narratives

Review non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements

Identify commercial and safety risks and propose mitigation strategies

Maintain documentation control and tender tracking systems
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Master’s Degree in Engineering preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering, estimation, planning, or project management

Experience within Infrastructure, Waste Management, Oil & Gas, or Engineering sectors

Proven track record of handling bids valued at minimum USD 5 Million

Exposure to GCC project environments preferred
