Salary Structure

• Fresher (UAE): AED 2,000 Per Month
• UAE Experience (3+ Years): Starting From AED 5,000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and site operations
• Ensure project work is completed according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Assist in planning, estimation, and project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software is an advantage
