Position Details

• Position: Quantity Surveyor
• Location: UAE
• Nationality: Open to All Nationalities

Salary Structure

• Fresher in UAE with Relevant India Experience: AED 2,500 Per Month
• UAE Experience (3+ Years): AED 5,000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets
• Measure quantities and prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
• Monitor project costs and expenditures
• Evaluate contractor quotations and variations
• Prepare progress reports and cost analysis
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Good communication and reporting abilities

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with construction project experience in India
• Quantity Surveyors with 3+ years UAE experience
• Ability to manage project costs efficiently
• Immediate joiners preferred
